As part of this commitment, a detailed inspection and performance assessment of the Coconut Receiving Conveyor was carried out at a high-volume coconut manufacturing facility in Mindanao. The objective of this evaluation was to assess current operating conditions, identify potential risks, and recommend targeted improvements to ensure reliable material handling and uninterrupted production flow.

In line with its commitment to operational excellence and workforce development, a Food and Beverage company in Malvar, Batangas successfully conducted an onsite training workshop on the Basics of Chain and Sprocket Operations and Maintenance. The workshop was organized to strengthen the technical knowledge of production technicians, focusing on proper maintenance practices that ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and extend the service life of critical machinery. A total of 34 Production Technicians attended the session, demonstrating strong engagement and support for continuous learning initiatives within the company.

This initiative was carried out under Tsubaki ProService, the company's lifecycle consultative program that delivers inspections, wear analysis, installation assistance, and preventive maintenance guidance across all product lines.
