The workshop was organized to strengthen the technical knowledge of production technicians, focusing on proper maintenance practices that ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and extend the service life of critical machinery. A total of 34 Production Technicians attended the session, demonstrating strong engagement and support for continuous learning initiatives within the company.
