  Specifications not listed in the above chain specification table cannot be manufactured.
 2. The maximum allowable tension is the value at room temperature (20℃) and assumes that tension is applied uniformly across the entire chain width.
  Since it varies depending on the conditions of use (temperature, speed, etc.), please refer to the chain's capacity diagram.
  The maximum allowable tension in the above chain specification table should be calculated by (chain width under consideration X) × (maximum allowable tension of chain width 1m) for a chain width of 1m.
 3. The (value in parentheses) in the operating temperature range is for wet conditions. By changing the pin material to stainless steel pins, it can be used in wet conditions of 60-80℃.
  In this case, the initial total length of the chain will be approximately +1%. The approximate mass of the chain will be the same as the heat-resistant/high-speed (KV250) specification.
 4. From October 2013, the module surface finish has been changed from mirror finish to textured finish. (Excluding impact-resistant (DIA/DIY), heat-resistant/high-speed (KV), and low-temperature (LTW) specifications)
 5. The standard chain width is in units of 76.2 mm. We can also manufacture chains wider than those listed in the catalog.
  For special widths and chains wider than 2514.6 mm, please contact us.
 6. Chain width X is the nominal width, and the actual width is approximately -0.3% (at 20°C) for the standard series.
  The chain width also expands and contracts with temperature changes. Based on 20°C, the expansion and contraction is 0.00012/°C for the standard series and 0.00011/°C for the high-temperature (HTW) specification.
