After Sales Service for an Automotive Company in Batangas
BATANGAS - Tsubakimoto Philippines Corporation (TPHC) together with its distributor NTPI International Inc (NTPI) has conducted Chain Quality Inspection Audit with one of its Automotive Client in Batangas province after the Client reported conveyor misalignment due to some minor cracks found on a single link.
Using crack detection spray, TPHC and NTPI showed that there is no other damage and one link may have been damaged from other factors such as handling or installation. To furthermore investigate, some of its links was sent back to US Tsubaki laboratory where it had undergone tests and results shows chain had passed all Tsubaki standards.
TPHC and NTPI will continue follow up audit to support the Japanese client in its continuous motorcycle production.
